Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Club Smarts booking and membership platform ("Service"), provided by Club Smarts ("we", "us"). By using the Service, a club and its members agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

Clubs and their members may use the Service to manage bookings, memberships, and payments. Accounts are personal to the member or club administrator they were created for and should not be shared.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square. Fees and pricing tiers are as described on our pricing page or in a separate agreement with a club. Clubs are responsible for setting accurate pricing for their own bookings and memberships.

Club responsibilities

A club is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides about its courts, availability, and pricing, and for how it manages its own members within the Service.

Acceptable use

The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to other clubs' data or accounts.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features or these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Club Smarts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
